ChoppersRC

Privacy policy

What data we collect, what we use it for, and what cookies the site uses.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Data controller

ChoppersRC is the controller of the personal data collected through choppersrc.com. For any questions about this policy, you can reach us through the channels listed in the Contact section.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: first and last name, email, phone number, shipping address, order history, and browsing data (pages visited, device, IP address) through our own and third-party cookies.

We don't request or store card details or other payment information — that's processed directly by each payment gateway when applicable.

3. What we use your data for

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, answer questions, manage your account, comply with legal/tax obligations, and — only if you accepted analytics cookies — understand how the site is used in order to improve it.

4. Who we share your data with

We share data with third parties only when necessary to provide the service: couriers and logistics companies (to deliver your order) and Google Analytics (for usage statistics, only if you accepted analytics cookies).

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. We use two types: necessary cookies, which you can't disable because the site doesn't work without them (keeping you logged in, remembering your cart), and analytics cookies, which only activate if you accept them from the cookie notice, and which you can decline without affecting your purchase.

You can change your choice at any time by deleting the site's cookies from your browser settings — the notice will appear again on your next visit.

6. Your rights over your data

Under Ley 25.326, you have the right to access, rectify, update and request deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to us through the Contact channels, or directly with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) if you feel your request wasn't properly addressed.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, restricted access to account and order information). No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to minimize the risks.

8. International data transfer

By using Google Analytics, some browsing data is processed on servers outside Argentina (Google LLC, United States), under Google's clauses and safeguards for data processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.

10. Contact
