By accessing or purchasing on choppersrc.com you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

ChoppersRC sells radio-controlled helicopters, parts and model-aircraft accessories, to both end consumers and distributors, in and outside Argentina.

To make a purchase you can register with your email or continue as a guest. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts with false information, fraudulent use, or breach of these terms.

Listed prices are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and stock without prior notice.

We do our best to make photos and descriptions match the actual product; small differences in color or packaging do not constitute a defect.

The purchase is confirmed once payment is credited via bank transfer or cash (pickup/delivery). The order is held for 48 hours while the transfer is credited.

We ship nationwide through third-party couriers and logistics companies. The estimated timeframe is shown at checkout and may vary for reasons beyond ChoppersRC's control (strikes, weather, delivery area).

You have 10 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return, under the right of withdrawal in Ley 24.240, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Each product carries the warranty stated on its page, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, impacts, water damage, or normal wear of parts (blades, gears, etc.).

All site content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by ChoppersRC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

The site may not be used for fraudulent purposes, to attempt to breach its security, or to post offensive or illegal content on any available contact channel (form, WhatsApp, blog comments).

ChoppersRC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of radio-control products, which by their nature require proper skill and supervision. Flying is the user's sole responsibility.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent ordinary courts, without prejudice to consumers' right to choose the court of their domicile.
